By accessing and using this website in any way, including, without limitation, browsing the website, using any information, using any services, and/or placing a property listing or registering for services, you agree to and are bound by the terms of use described in this document ("Terms of Use").

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IN ANY MANNER. The Terms of Use are entered into by and between Homefinders and you. If you are using the website on behalf of any other party, you assert that you are authorized to accept these Terms of Use on that party's behalf.

Homefinders reserves the right, at Homefinders' sole discretion, to change, modify, update, add, or remove portions of the Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. Please check these Terms of Use for changes. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes to the Terms of Use will mean you accept those changes.

The service provided by Homefinders is good for three (3) months or until you find a place (whichever comes first) during which time Homefinders will provide you with daily updates, provided there are any new properties that fit your criteria. Although diligent effort is made to keep all listings up to date, Homefinders does not guarantee that all the places are available and cannot guarantee that they are suitable to your personal taste. Homefinders is simply an information service and does not personally inspect the properties on file nor guarantee that all information is correct. It is the client's responsibility to determine if the unit they are renting conforms to local by-laws and zoning restrictions. Homefinders is not responsible for losses of any nature, whatsoever. It is the client's responsibility to stay in touch with Homefinders. You have one week from the date of registration to make any minor changes to your policy. Homefinders reserves the right to deny the making of changes if it is suspected that they are an attempt to defraud or abuse the service. This policy is non-transferable and non-refundable and any abuse of the service will automatically void the policy at your expense.

Homefinders respects your right to privacy. Any personal information that you share with us will be guarded with the utmost security. Because of the nature of the service, if you are a landlord, property manager or resident manager, your name, email address and phone number may be released to any of our clients who are looking for a property specifically like that which you are renting. If you do not desire to have any of these details released, please specify this when submitting your property.

All refund requests must be handled by the Canadian Homefinders Head Office and must be submitted in writing or by email within 2 weeks of registering. Please contact them at the address below.
