What We Do

Homefinders helps people find places to rent specific to their particular needs and preferences.

The office takes a detailed list of what the client is looking for and provides them with a computerized list of properties matching their desires. We update these listings daily for a period of 3 months or until the client finds suitable accommodations, whichever comes first.

By working with Property Managers and Realtors as well as private landlords and having our trained staff go through the paper for our clients provides them with the most complete list of rentals for their needs, without the time, money and hassle otherwise associated with trying to find a suitable accommodations.

Web Site and E-Commerce

With our newly designed, user friendly computer program, and our state of the art Internet E-Business Web Page, Homefinders is one of the first companies to have on-line E-Commerce. So your office is able to make money 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Your office is notified directly of an on-line registration and given all of the client’s information. You simply contact the client with the newest property listings daily.

Because of the convenience we have clients that register from all over the world.

Cost of Purchasing an Office

The price for a Turnkey office ranges from $8,000 to $200,000, depending on Population and Vacancy Rate. This includes complete office set up with computers, desks, phones, "hands on training" and the 1st month’s rent paid for you, and an assurance of an excellent return on your investment.

*There is also in-house financing available up to $10,000 (O.A.C)
